on inspiration

Lisa is inspired by creative people and places, both of which are abundant in Brooklyn, New York, where she's from. Throwing, building, and firing by hand in her studio, she makes functional kitchen and homeware that blurs the line between practical product and decorative art. Characterized by clean lines, vases, mugs, cups, and bowls are her bailiwick. The sincere intention is for this art - which is food, microwave, and top-rack dishwasher safe - to be frequently used and displayed.

on favorites

I love Meghan Shimek's Navajo wall weavings, smartwool socks, and Minnesota Moccasin slippers.

On Style

Minimalist, eclectic.  I prefer tailored silhouettes in straight-forward colors and patterns paired with eclectic accessories.

on fun quirks

My one-year old son, Rocco, is the light of my life!
